Call to Setup an Initial Examination

I reserve an hour to get to know you. I want to listen to your story. I will take you through a complete and relevant orthopedic examination followed by a detailed neurological examination.

After this visit, I will need time to correlate your findings to your health timeline.

Review of Findings - FREE OF CHARGE

We will schedule a followup appointment, free of charge.

I want to spend time reviewing our findings from the initial examination. I want to discuss with you some strategies that I think will help get you unstuck from your current situation. I will lay out the timeline and the predicted costs. We will make a decision together.

Treatment Plan Begins

During our Review of Findings, if we decide to work together we can begin treatment immediately. Office visits will be a full twenty minutes whereby we can address all of your concerns.

If we want to set new goals to reach, then we can deliberate on how we can achieve those. 

If you would like to continue maintenance care, then we can find the best frequency of care for you. Most often that timeframe is every 4-6 weeks.
